Yes, you own the WVRP NFT that you purchased and are free to hodl it, sell it, or transfer it to someone else.

As long as you are the holder of the WVRP NFT you are granted a free license to use the artwork and the music associated with your WVRP for your own personal or commercial usage. We place no restrictions on how much money you can make from commercializing your WVRP.

Totally! If you use the music from a WVRP to create any type of commercial track we just ask that you give us industry standard credit, where applicable, along the lines of stating that your track “Contains a sample of WVRP #1234 by WarpSound” - obviously replacing 1234 with the serial number of your WVRP. However, you don’t have to pay us any publishing or other music royalties.

If you create derivatives of the artwork of your WVRP, say to put it on a T-shirt or create a 3D model, you cannot change the design, color, traits or any other attributes of the work except as is reasonable to conform to the medium you are working in, i.e. translate it from 2D to 3D.

If you create something amazing with your WVRP, and we hope you do, you give WarpSound the right to show it off for our own promotional and marketing purposes, which will bring attention and value to the entire WVRPS community. Of course, any money you make is all yours.

Once you sell, trade or transfer ownership of your WVRP any licenses and associated rights are immediately transferred with them.

You cannot use any WarpSound, WVRPS or third-party logos, trademarks or other intellectual property rights that may appear in or around the artwork of your WVRP except as incorporated in such artwork (I.e. if the WarpSound logo is on the t-shirt, it can be used in context of being part of the character, but cannot be removed to use separately).

You cannot use your WVRP in any way that promotes violence, hate speech or infringes on the rights of others.

We’ve been building WarpSound and the underlying technology for creating AI-generated music for a few years as part of a company called Authentic Artists. Our amazing WVRPS NFT team (who you can check out on the TEAM page) consists of a mix of full-time employees of Authentic Artists and some incredible NFT/Web3 specialists and community members (who have delivered beyond anyone’s expectations).

This primary offering is just the beginning of all we want to bring to the WVRPS community. We are community focused and integrated, and in this for the long haul.

We will therefore reward the efforts of the team that has worked so hard to bring us to this moment with approximately 40% of the primary sale proceeds.

The remaining 60% will be invested back into the business and WVRPS project to continue building and providing value for token holders.

Approximately 75% of all secondary sales will also be invested back into the business and WVRPS project as well, with the secondary sales creator royalty set at 5%.

We are thrilled to be partnering with two high-impact non-profit organizations dedicated to supporting young people in accessing and developing their musical and production talent: Notes For Notes and Guitars Over Guns. Upon project sellout, 1.5% of the total primary sales, in ETH, will be split equally between the two organizations. In addition we will give each organization three WVRPS that can be used, with full commercial rights, by their young artists to sample and produce new works.
