Through a shared love of music and technology, generative AI virtual artists Nayomi, DJ Dragoon, Gnar Heart and GLiTCH have come together to form the WarpSound artist collective.
The Sandbox will soon become the home venue for the WarpSound crew. They have performed on Twitch, in Decentraland, Crypovoxels, Stageverse, and Discord, as well as at IRL events during Tribeca Film Festival and NFT.NYC.
Nayomi brings lo-fi and hip hop vibes to WarpSound. Prior to becoming the unofficial leader of the collective, Nayomi was just another music-obsessed, awkward teen with a dream to become one with the music she loved so much.
Before joining the WarpSound music collective, DJ Dragoon was just another half-human, half-iguana undergoing medical experiments. He escaped the lab and today finds release for his boundless energy vibing to trap and hip hop in the DJ booth.
Gnar Heart began as your run of the mill, AI-powered, animatronic bunny created to back up a K-Pop group. But when his AI evolved into full blown consciousness, he knew he had to strike out on his own and bring the perfect groove to every crowd.
GLiTCH is a Mutant Ape (#914) from the Bored Ape Yacht Club and the newest addition to the WarpSound music collective. He loves chillwave, glitch hop, indie and EDM–and his vibe is complete with his signature slimy beats.
